a. Eligibility for Returns
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
b. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at info@kaoscricket.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorisation: We will provide instructions and a return authorisation number.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item and include the return authorisation number.
  4. Shipping: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
c. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
d. Non-Returnable Items
  • The following items are non-returnable:
    • Customised or personalised products.
    • Used or damaged items.
    • Gift cards.
e. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
